Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify resources for project success
- Engage with various internal teams to manage your portfolio effectively
- Work as part of a cohesive Service Delivery team to improve processes and ensure exceptional client experiences
- Serve as Project Executive for a portfolio of projects
- Manage multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) across projects
- Oversee, train, and coach Project Managers within your portfolio
- Guide project planning, execution, and financial management
- Lead interactions with government contracting officers and senior officials
- Participate in talent management activities, including staffing and recruitment
- Drive business development activities, including capture and proposal development
- Develop partnerships with potential subcontractors and prime contractors
- Mentor staff and share expertise through writing and speaking engagements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience in government consulting
- Proficiency in project management best practices and principles
- Experience managing BPAs and large government IDIQs worth $10m or larger
- Expertise in consulting disciplines such as Service Design, Customer Experience, Human Centered Design, or Business Process Improvement
- Strong understanding of government contract types and project management
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholders
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Certification in Human-Centered Design or related fields
- Federal government consulting experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
This is a remote position with occasional travel (<25%) expected. Some meetings will be conducted on-site with customers in Washington, D.C.
