Program Manager (Verde)

Join our team as a Program Manager and oversee our South Dade Permanent Supportive Housing program at Verde Gardens and Mother Seton Village. In this crucial role, you'll coordinate services with community partners, fostering positive outcomes and strengthening community participation.
As the Program Manager, you'll provide direct supervision to our dedicated services team, including case managers and clinicians. Your responsibilities will encompass client screenings, eligibility interviews, intakes, case planning, and caseload assignment. You'll ensure the highest quality services and efficiency while promoting teamwork among staff, across departments, programs, and other social service organizations.
This multifaceted position also involves administrative tasks such as data collection, report generation, and maintaining accurate records in HMIS Client Point and Shelter Point. Your leadership and attention to detail will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; relevant combination of education and experience will be considered
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in oral and written English; bilingual (Spanish) preferred; additional languages a plus (e.g., Creole)
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, data collection programs)
• Successful completion of background screening, including but not limited to L2, OIG, and toxicology
• Valid FL Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
