We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the success of various IT and application projects. About The RoleAs our IT Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing large projects of medium complexity and risk. You'll work with a diverse team of project managers, business analysts, and technologists to deliver essential technology solutions used throughout the real estate industry. Our projects focus on process improvement, automation, and the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, including defining scope, objectives, and creating project roadmaps using industry best practices.
  • Manage and report on project status, forecast resource capacity, and maintain project records.
  • Facilitate project meetings and events, guiding your team towards successful project completion.
  • Identify risks and recommend corrective actions for projects facing challenges.
  • Gather and define project requirements and risks.
  • Develop time and cost estimates using both detailed and milestone project plans.
  • Control project costs, schedules, resources, scope, and risks.
  • Implement methods, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, clearly communicating roles and expectations.
  • Resolve conflicts within assigned projects and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Monitor project milestones and critical dates, proactively addressing potential schedule jeopardies.
  • Conduct formal reviews with project sponsors to ensure satisfaction and track client satisfaction levels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 5 years of relevant technical and business work experience.
  • Experience managing various phases of small and medium-sized projects.
  • Strong understanding of business implications related to project success or failure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers, supervisors, customers, and vendors.
  • Positive, professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime when approved by supervisor.
  • PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
