Role OverviewAs a Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our client, a reputable insurance company. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and agents. This position offers the flexibility of working from the comfort of your home while delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer and agent inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Address various types of property and casualty policy questions and billing inquiries
Resolve service concerns promptly and accurately
Document customer requests and complete policy changes that require licensing
Provide efficient and accurate information to enhance customer experience
Work Environment
Work remotely with a structured schedule, resembling a call center environment
Utilize a computer and headset for call management
Participate in weekly team meetings and use chat rooms for real-time communication
Stay updated with frequent internal email notifications
Engage in occasional client-driven enhancement training and self-paced online learning
Requirements
Property and Casualty Producer License & Personal Lines License
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Reliable home office setup with wired internet connection (50 Mbps combined, latency ≤99ms, 0% packet loss)
Preferences
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Post-training: Flexible shifts between 7 AM - 1:59 AM EST, Sunday - Saturday
Pay: $18/hr (English), $20/hr (English/Spanish)
