Job Title: Property Operations Associate Location: Nashville, TN Work Schedule: This is a full-time role requiring approximately 32-40 hours per week. The schedule is flexible based on business needs and may include nights, weekends, and holidays, as this is a role in the hospitality industry. While not "on-call 24/7," you may be required to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours, with additional compensation provided. Job OverviewAs a Property Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience at our properties. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appeal of all public spaces, common areas, and individual units, adhering to our brand's high standards. Through regular on-site inspections, you will identify and prioritize cost-effective property improvements to enhance the guest experience. Your daily tasks will be varied and collaborative, involving coordination with various teams and partners. Typical responsibilities include visiting and assessing units, replacing broken items, liaising with housekeeping and service vendors, stocking supplies, and providing support for lockouts, last-minute requests, and guest issues. Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections to identify and communicate on-site issues
Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels based on provided guidelines
Participate in preventative maintenance programs
Complete brand standard inspections to gather property-level data
Decrease the number of after-hours calls and inquiries through proactive measures
Drive quality outcomes through increased guest satisfaction and company metrics

Requirements
Access to a reliable vehicle for work-related transportation

Compensation And Benefits
Starting base pay range: $19.25 - $20.50 per hour, subject to change
