About The RoleAs a Hospitality Training Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering innovative training programs that redefine excellence in hospitality. From crafting engaging courses to developing support tools, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the way our team delivers world-class service.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop immersive training solutions, including both in-person and remote delivery methods.
Create engaging resources such as videos and assessments to enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish standardized hospitality practices that set us apart from the competition.
Lead live training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent service excellence.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our training programs.
QualificationsA background in hospitality management, with experience in roles such as hotel concierge, restaurant management, or conference center management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Previous experience in developing training materials and delivering engaging presentations.
Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360 is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 75% of the time) to support onsite training initiatives.
