Title: Recruiter / Care Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish-English)
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Recruiter / Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of remote work and in-office presence in Florida.

As the Recruiter / Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in recruiting direct support professionals (DSPs) to provide personalized in-home services based on each individual's needs. You will conduct required reviews of services, follow-ups, and ensure overall satisfaction. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve conducting daily interviews with potential DSP candidates.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, working closely with a team to ensure that each individual receives the care they need through a person-centered approach.
RecruitingEssential Functions:
  • Source and post job advertisements to generate a pool of independent contractors as Direct Service Professionals (DSPs).
  • Maintain an active recruiting program to ensure a consistent pipeline of DSP contractor candidates.
  • Communicate governmental requirements to potential DSPs considering a contract agreement.
  • Train DSP contractors on Electronic Visit Verification and other documentation systems used to verify services provided to individuals.
  • Attend community events, job fairs, and local meetings to generate interest and attract potential DSPs.
Customer Service & Client Relations
  • Build strong relationships with individuals/families, Waiver Support Coordinators, Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), Department of Children and Families, and nurse coordinators.
  • Review and analyze assigned individuals' Support Plans to understand their specific needs thoroughly.
  • Act as a liaison between the individuals receiving services, their families, and the DSPs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct intake interviews with individuals/families to gain a comprehensive understanding of their care needs.
  • Address concerns, questions, and consult with DSPs and individuals as needed.
Administration
  • Retrieve and record notes regarding individuals' concerns, medical updates, or other changes to their care needs.
  • Communicate updates to DSPs on processes for working in a contract capacity.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all communication, specifically protecting the Protected Health Information (PHI) of individuals receiving services.
  • Ensure proper documentation protocol to mitigate fraudulent activity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct customer service experience, via telephone or face-to-face.
  • Minimum of 6 months of screening/recruiting and hiring responsibility.
  • Must pass Level II Background screening.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
