OverviewCome grow with us and elevate your career! We're looking for an experienced Regional Director of Revenue Management to join our people-first company.
As the Regional Director of Revenue Management, you'll be responsible for maximizing revenue by implementing effective strategies and procedures. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure optimal room inventory control and pricing.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaximize portfolio revenue and drive direct brand channel production.
Ensure hotel/portfolio level forecasts are based on current business trends and market data.
Lead and provide guidance during budgeting, weekly, and monthly forecasting processes.
Analyze demand and provide recommendations for an optimal mix of business.
Establish target pricing, displacement analysis, and guidance between group, transient, and by segment.
Optimize revenue by analyzing and forecasting demand and establishing effective selling strategies.
Conduct competitor price and product analyses to ensure proper rate positioning.
Collaborate with the Revenue Management team on pricing decisions for various business segments.
Implement pricing strategies for transient business segments and assist with group pricing strategies.
Act as a liaison between electronic distribution channels to maximize property exposure and bookings.
Manage and update current selling strategies and product information in all available distribution channels.
Work with senior leaders to recommend and implement revenue management programs and new initiatives.
Collaborate with hotel teams to establish strategies to increase revenue for rooms and F&B.
Maintain accurate and detailed historical data for all market segments.
Monitor travel-related websites to ensure competitiveness in positioning, text, availability, and price.
Compile data, analyze trends, and develop accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.
Analyze the impact of the revenue management strategies implemented by the hotels.
Update and maintain all revenue management tools.
Ensure consistent positioning in distribution channels and conduct rate parity and availability audits.
Build trust and rapport with property owners, GMs, and property teams.
Lead and inspire an effective team, develop others, and maintain strong working relationships.
QualificationsAt least 7 years of revenue management experience in hospitality.
Experience With Major Brands Preferred.Familiarity with the area markets preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and relevant software.
Excellent time management skills.
