Where You Fit In
We are seeking a creative, friendly, self-starter to spearhead an innovative community-wide wellness program in the Tucson area. As a Regional Program Manager, you will play a key role in empowering teens to make healthier choices for themselves and their families, acting as a catalyst for sustainable change and promoting improved health and wellness within schools and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with local universities, community partners, schools, and district staff to ensure effective delivery of health and wellness programming across 10-15 school sites.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of near-peer mentors to support in-school program delivery.
  • Research community health inequities and measure impact by reporting and tracking progress.
  • Ensure successful delivery of HealthCorps' program activities and health-promoting events throughout the school year.
  • Support the development and promotion of HealthCorps initiatives through social media platforms.
  • Prioritize health and wellness daily, working to ensure accessibility for all and leaving a positive impact on the community.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3 years of Program Management experience or 5-7 years of relevant health, wellness, education, or service-based experience.
  • Experience mentoring or supervising teens, university students, or staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Experience working in and with marginalized communities.
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and creative skills.
  • Ability to travel within the greater Tucson area and lift up to 15 pounds when required.
BenefitsThis is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, and experience. As a remote employee, you must be located in the greater Tucson area, possess a valid driver's license, and have your own vehicle for travel. Position may require occasional evening hours and overnight travel.
