Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a pipeline of prospective restaurant clients using our CRM (HubSpot experience not required)
Educate prospects, devise strategies, and successfully sell our Point of Sale and SaaS products through high-volume outbound sales calls (100% phone and online-based)
Become an expert in our POS system and tailor recommendations to meet each client's unique needs
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through tenacity and a strong work ethic
Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing
Stay organized, manage your time effectively, and complete daily goals (sales is a numbers game, and we're here to win!)
Requirements
Experience in customer-facing roles
Proficient in computer and email usage
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal oversight
Strong communication skills to engage prospects, demonstrate empathy, and understand their needs
Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable under pressure
Proven success in canvassing, cold-calling local businesses (preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent phone communication and negotiation skills
Ability to sell effectively to decision-makers at all levels
Bonus Points
Experience in SaaS, inside sales, restaurants, hospitality, or food service
Knowledge of restaurant operations (though not required)
Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!)
Familiarity with working remotely and collaborating with virtual teams
Experience in cold-calling and prospecting in-person leads
