In this pivotal position, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our sales center meets its objectives while providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of remote sales agents, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to identify trends and develop strategies for optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
Handle customer inquiries, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and expertly cross-sell products and services.
Manage and optimize our automated lead follow-up system, ensuring timely and effective customer outreach.
Contribute to goal-setting and performance evaluation initiatives for the sales center team.
Assist in hiring, training, and coaching new sales center agents, promoting professional growth and development.
Conduct regular call monitoring and provide constructive feedback to sales agents, supporting their skill enhancement.
Spearhead emergency response protocols to ensure prompt communication with tenants during critical situations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment or equivalent setting (3 years preferred).
Proven track record of 3 years in high-volume sales, with a sales certification being an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with operational reports and data analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport over the phone or virtually.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional time management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a remote team, providing support, direction, and coaching.
Adaptability to changing requirements and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Conflict resolution skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
