Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Our company is a leading software provider for Community Association Management (CAM) companies, serving over half of the new homes built in America today. We're seeking competitive, driven individuals to join our dynamic SDR team.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 with uncapped commission potential

Role Expectations
  • Daily call quota of 45 calls
  • Monthly target of 10 meetings set and held (after initial training period)
  • Gradual ramp-up period with increasing targets over the first four months
Location:
Preference for candidates in Clearwater, FL or Knoxville, TN, but we're open to remote arrangements for exceptional candidates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection positively
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of in-person or phone sales experience
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% for team events and conferences
Preferred Qualifications
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and/or Salesloft
  • Successful track record in B2B sales
  • CAM industry knowledge
