Regional Sales Director - Mid-Atlantic Are you a passionate sales professional in the luxury travel industry looking for your next big challenge? We're seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Director for the Mid-Atlantic territory. We're looking for someone to help us spread the word about our "best-kept secret" in the industry! Location: This position requires residence in the Mid-Atlantic region, specifically in the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, or New Jersey. Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with travel partners to sell full-yacht charters, group bookings, and individual travel packages
Conduct face-to-face meetings with luxury travel partners
Develop and nurture relationships with travel partners for client acquisition and retention
Implement strategies to expand our retail sales base
Provide product training and consultative selling support to travel partners
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
Prepare and present detailed sales proposals
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Stay updated on luxury travel and cruise industry trends
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and mission
Qualifications
10 years of experience in the luxury travel industry (experience in yachting or luxury cruise sales is highly desired)
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
Strong hunter mentality with excellent lead generation and closing skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Passionate about the product and able to convey enthusiasm in sales pitches
Adaptable in interactions with diverse clients and stakeholders
Skilled at addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly
Resilient and able to persevere through rejections
Team player willing to collaborate and support colleagues
Committed to ethical sales practices and transparency
Requirements
Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within the multi-state territory (3-4 nights per week in hotels)
Legal authorization to work in the US
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Verifiable work history with professional references
Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office products
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms for lead generation
