Responsibilities
- Manage the entire underwriting process, from processing submissions and account underwriting to issuing quotes, binding policies, and handling endorsements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to drive profitable growth.
- Handle underwriting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication with agency partners and management.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Senior Living underwriting.
- Proven success in underwriting within the Senior Living sector.
- Deep understanding of state and federal regulations related to senior living insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth.
