Senior Operations Director
Location: Flexible (On-site, Hybrid, or Remote within North America, Central or Eastern time zones preferred)
Salary Range: USD 200,000 - 250,000

Position OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Operations Director to join our talented team and report directly to our Senior Director of Product Development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of mobile gaming and drive operational excellence across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic operating plans that support our company objectives
  • Analyze financial reports to conduct comprehensive evaluations of our businesses and verticals
  • Identify revenue growth and cost-saving opportunities related to products and teams
  • Optimize organizational effectiveness through in-depth analysis
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance operational acumen across the organization
  • Help define and refine our product development process and governance
  • Evaluate development plans, budgets, roadmaps, and operational plans, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement
Qualifications
  • 10 years of operational leadership experience on large-scale projects involving distributed and collocated teams
  • Hands-on experience in mobile game development, from concept to live service operation
  • Deep understanding of the free-to-play business model and live service dynamics, including user acquisition, content pacing, and event management
  • Proven track record in coordinating external partners and licensors for successful commercial releases
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
