The Role: Senior Manager of Event Production What You'll Do
Work effectively with client and internal teams to deliver flawless event programs
Achieve client results against strategic & creative objectives, timelines, and financial goals
Manage project quality and financial success
Create and monitor project plans, budgets, and scope changes
Assist with recruiting, training, and managing team members
Manage project communications and vendor relationships
Handle permits and necessary paperwork for events
Maintain updated project files and manage financial aspects
Utilize planning tools and apply industry knowledge
Travel frequently for on-site event management
What We're Looking For
5 years of experience in experiential marketing production and events
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Touring / Road experience is a plus
Passion for new technology, sports, entertainment, and live events
Experience with Audio and Visual equipment
Excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills
Proficiency in budget creation and management
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
Experience managing mobile marketing programs
Willingness to work non-standard hours and weekends as required
Creative, forward-thinking mindset
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work on-site in St Louis 4 days a week
