- Research target partners in key locations, gaining a detailed understanding of their unique selling points
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with hotel partners
- Educate prospective hotel partners on the unique benefits of our luxury travel services
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Negotiate with partners to secure exclusive rates and benefits for our members
- Represent the company in your region, building our profile with key influencers (e.g., tourism bureaus, hotel associations, etc.)
- Drive results for partner properties by collaborating with our advisors and marketing team
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Passionate about startups and the travel industry
- Resilient and driven, with an obsession for achieving results
- Skilled in managing a pipeline and closing deals
- Adept at handling challenging negotiations and helping partners recognize the value in working with us
- Flexible to travel up to 50% of the time
- Experience in building successful teams
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations
- Existing industry relationships with commercial decision-makers (e.g., Directors of Sales, General Managers, Directors of Revenue)
- Experience in negotiating non-standard contracts (e.g., flash sales, groups, performance rebates, barter)
