The Role: Digital Marketing & Creative Content Specialist As our digital marketing champion and creative content curator, you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our digital content creation and assisting our small but mighty marketing team. This role requires a self-directed individual who can react quickly and creatively to the ever-changing needs of a startup environment. Key Responsibilities
Support and execute our marketing strategy across digital platforms
Manage website design changes on Shopify and liaise with our coding partner
Champion our digital/social calendar across all networks
Create and curate creative content, including copy, design, and video
Manage and execute social media strategies
Coordinate influencer programs and partnerships
Oversee asset management using various software tools
Create marketing materials for events, trade shows, and cross-company usage
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and brand voice
Adapt marketing strategies for B2B, D2C, and e-commerce channels
Support brand partnerships and collaborations
Engage with industry professionals to curate campaigns and content
Stay immersed in the cocktail and mocktail industry trends
Qualifications
2-4 years of professional experience in social/digital media and creative content development, preferably in the food & beverage industry
Experience with social media management, community engagement, and analytics tools
Video creation and editing skills
BA/BS degree
Proficiency in graphic design using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Creative self-starter with a positive attitude and can-do spirit
Ability to adapt to different target audiences and social media strategies
Bonus Points
Knowledge of the cocktail/spirits industry
SEO copywriting experience
Passion for brainstorming and bringing creative ideas to life
Love for margaritas and cocktails!
What We Offer
Full-time, remote position
Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $70,000
