Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate sales pursuits, build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and secure new business.
  • Develop and execute a Target Account Strategy, directing and coordinating customer relationship management and the sales process.
  • Plan and assist with market analysis, drive strategic development, manage strategy execution, and monitor progress towards organizational objectives.
  • Provide insightful analysis and strategic leadership to understand key quantitative and qualitative factors in business development, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Oversee capture and proposal activities, including pursuit status, teaming decisions, pricing, and win strategies.
  • Cultivate new sales areas and enhance sales performance through innovative methods.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Extensive knowledge of production, inventory control, material and capacity requirements planning, and master planning.
  • Proven experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 30% of the time, with a combination of on-site, customer premise, or remote office work depending on customer/account requirements.
