What You'll DoAs our Supply and Demand Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our North American operations. Your expertise will drive our Supply & Demand Planning, ensuring an optimal Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, superior demand forecasting, ideal stock levels, and high customer service standards. Your strategic insights will help minimize slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOBS), reduce costs, and streamline our operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global and local Supply Chain teams, Sales, Service & Marketing to optimize the S&OP process and maintain a 12-month rolling forecast.
- Contribute to monthly Demand Review and S&OP meetings, providing valuable insights.
- Work closely with the Demand & Supply Manager to identify and address potential gaps in the business plan, ensuring we meet our budget targets for net sales, inventories, and customer service.
- Manage stock availability and provide reliable ETAs to internal stakeholders.
- Create and manage purchase orders, and track inbound shipments.
- Handle master data management duties as assigned.
- Manage escalations related to stock availability and allocation.
- Partner with the Demand Manager to achieve KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Optimize stock levels by managing safety stock, lead times, and supplier collaborations.
- Develop action plans to manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOBS).
- Collaborate with product development teams to manage product lifecycles effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred, but we value experience too.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a planning role.
- Strong sense of urgency and customer-centric mindset.
- Strategic long-term vision balanced with calculated risk-taking abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial and business acumen.
- Team player with a LEAN mindset, seeing opportunities in challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk as needed.
- Manual dexterity.
- Capable of occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Full-time, Non-exempt position.
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in our Irvine, CA office, and 2 days remote.
