- Key Responsibilities:

- Present policy options in a clear, friendly manner, ensuring clients understand the features, benefits, and costs.
- Create tailored insurance proposals that align with clients' individual circumstances and long-term goals.
- Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes and streamline the application process.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing questions and concerns to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records using our user-friendly CRM system.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to offer clients the most current advice and products.
- Achieve and surpass sales goals, contributing to both personal and team success.
- Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Clear and effective communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts
