Your Mission
- Understand & Advise: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs, offering expert advice on destinations, transport, dates, budgets, and accommodations.
- Plan & Arrange: Organize transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and additional services to curate comprehensive travel itineraries.
- Communicate & Present: Utilize effective communication and sales skills to present appealing travel packages, including event tickets, hotel stays, flights, and car rentals.
- Support & Resolve: Provide exceptional customer support throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with ease.
- Record & Organize: Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work within the United States.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset (sales background is a bonus!).
- Ownership of a smartphone with internet connectivity, and preferably a laptop.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
