A college degree or current enrollment in an accredited academic program (or substantial hospitality experience)
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation)
Outstanding organization and time management skills
A "whatever it takes" attitude to get the job done
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Grace under pressure and the ability to relate to diverse teams and clients
Willingness to lift chairs, move tables, and participate in event set-up/tear-down
As a CCSA, you'll have the opportunity to learn all aspects of our operations, from coordinating receptions to assisting with sales and administrative tasks. As is typical in the hospitality industry, this position requires regular availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as shifts of more than 8 hours and workweeks of more than 40 hours.
