Position SummaryJoin our team as a Lead End-User Engineer and take on a pivotal role in shaping our End-User Computing landscape. You'll lead our dedicated team, craft policies, and collaborate closely with IT Operations Technicians. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work schedule. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide mentorship and guidance to the end-user computing team, fostering their professional growth. Oversee the daily operations of end-user computing platforms like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, Citrix, and IGEL. Serve as a technical liaison with third-party service providers, vendors, and resellers. Coordinate critical incident events to ensure swift resolutions. Contribute to the development of IS policies, procedures, and best practices. Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional support experiences during escalations. Configure and maintain desktop operating systems, end-user compute management systems, and software, ensuring optimal performance. Report and present solutions to enhance support processes and technologies to the IS Operations Manager. Education And Experience RequirementsAssociate's degree in computer information systems or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum seven (7) years of experience in computer technical support, including two (2) years of supervisor or lead technician experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Desirable certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V), or equivalent. Extensive experience with Microsoft EUC technologies, including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, and Windows enterprise desktop environments. Proficiency in VDI administration, Active Directory, GPO administration, and Azure Active Directory preferred. Familiarity with enterprise application support and ITSM programs like ServiceNow.
