Get It Recruit - Information Technology is Hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer - CSM & ITSM Expert Near Raleigh, NC

DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow developer with a talent for crafting tailored solutions to join our team as a contractor. This role will support various ServiceNow projects, with a particular focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) applications. If you have over a decade of experience and a passion for designing complex solutions, we would love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design comprehensive solutions that address business needs.
  • Utilize your senior-level ServiceNow development skills to enhance and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support projects related to the ServiceNow CSM and ITSM applications.
  • Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Your Experience And Skills
  • ServiceNow Development/Administration: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development or administration.
  • Flow Designer & Workflow Editor: Proficient in using the ServiceNow Flow Designer or Workflow Editor, including functionalities like Scheduled Script Executions and notifications/reporting.
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Well-versed in SDLC processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies with 5 years of experience.
  • ITSM & CSM: 5 years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Integrations: 3 years of experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Estimations: Ability to estimate software development efforts is highly desired.
  • Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a significant plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired.
