Role OverviewAs our Lead Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the scalability, performance, and innovation of our platform. Your mission will be to lead the evolution of our system's code and architecture to meet the demands of our expanding user base.
Key ResponsibilitiesScalability and Performance: Develop strategies to enhance our system's scalability and performance, ensuring it can handle a substantial increase in user demand (x10-x100).
Codebase Enhancement: Lead initiatives to improve codebase quality, applying AI-first development and best practices to enhance readability, maintainability, and overall quality.
Process Optimization: Define and optimize architectural processes, streamlining workflows for efficiency and integration of changes into the development lifecycle.
Monolith Codebase Decomposition: Spearhead the transition from monolithic architecture to a modular system, driving scalability and maintainability improvements.
Security Focus: Drive improvements in security best practices across architecture and code creation.
RequirementsEssential Skills:
Extensive .NET Core development experience, designing and building scalable web applications.
Frontend architecture expertise.
Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in .NET Core applications.
Strong communication skills for articulating architectural decisions and solutions.
Proven track record in decomposing monolithic applications into microservices.
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
Data-driven decision-making abilities, backed by concrete metrics.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with secure development practices and security frameworks (OWASP, SSDF, etc.).
Highly DesiredProficiency in MongoDB database design and administration.
Industry security certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security , NCSF).
