The RoleWe are currently seeking a talented Front-End Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a group of dedicated engineers to shape and execute the vision for our front-end development. Your contributions will play a significant role in enhancing both our core product and the day-to-day operations of our front-end team.
ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of core front-end architecture in collaboration with other leads
Deliver high-value, complex product features
Mentor and train engineers, promoting consistency and reusable patterns
Enhance the developer experience
Proactively identify and address areas for improvement
Areas Of ContributionIn your first six months, you may contribute to various aspects of our platform, including SaaS web apps, monorepo tooling, module federation, data grid architecture, GraphQL strategy, component testing, visual regression testing, and AI incubation.
Required Experience10 years of software engineering experience
5 years of advanced React experience
5 years of backend services experience (though this role primarily focuses on front-end development)
Proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, build tooling, state management, Node.js, modern testing, DevOps practices, modern CSS, and modern API technologies
Nice To HaveExperience in mobile app development, data visualizations, C# .NET, feature flagging, and prior work in FinTech.

CompensationThe salary range for this role is $175,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and equity participation.
