### Key Responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will be integral to supporting the development and troubleshooting of web services and the company website. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and troubleshooting complex system problems
• Leading problem-solving initiatives and proposing effective solutions
• Collaborating with developers and various business units to ensure successful project execution
• Integrating vendor systems seamlessly with existing infrastructure
• Designing, coding, documenting, and testing secure web applications
• Providing technical support to users facing issues
• Assisting other IT teams with daily operations
• Communicating effectively by providing regular status updates

### Required Skills and Experience
To Excel In This Role, You Should Possess#### Technical Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft .NET architecture and programming (.NET Framework 4.5 - 6 )
• Expertise in MS Web Service architecture and programming (RESTful API, SOAP, WCF, MVC)
• Experience with Business-to-Business web service interface design
• Strong foundation in user interface programming
• Familiarity with Windows workstation programming and device driver APIs

#### Development Tools & Technologies

• Proficiency in Visual Studio 2015 - 2022 and related technologies (VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, Web API)
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) architecture and support

#### Additional Skills

• Knowledge of web security principles
• Familiarity with RDBMS (Oracle and SQL)
• Experience with various operating systems (UNIX, Windows, Linux, macOS) and network security protocols
• Experience with C/C programming is a plus

### Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with web service troubleshooting and production support
• Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Background in government sector web applications, especially in motor vehicle administration

### Educational Background
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience is preferred. Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience may be acceptable. Microsoft technical certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
