We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Mid-Market Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by securing new business within the high-volume auto and personal lending industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to target and engage qualified mid-market prospects in the auto and personal lending sectors.
Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at lending institutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique needs and financial objectives.
Craft compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our innovative payment solutions and their potential to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful deal closure, collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless implementation process.
Proactively research and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity within the auto and personal lending sectors. Utilize these insights to inform sales strategies and contribute valuable market knowledge to product development initiatives.
Function as a consultative problem-solver, identifying opportunities to challenge existing business processes within lending institutions and propose innovative solutions that address their legacy pain points.
Leverage CRM and sales tools to effectively track and manage sales activities, generating insightful reports that contribute to data-driven decision making.
Qualifications3 years of demonstrably successful experience in mid-market sales, preferably within the payments or financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of lending processes, payments, and the regulatory landscape within the auto and personal lending sectors.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise value propositions for clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect effectively with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
