Account/Senior Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing
Location: Remote (work from home)
States Considered: CO, CT, IL, MA, NH, NJ, PA, RI, VA, FL, GA, MN, TX, NC, OH, SC, TN
Travel Required: Occasional client meetings, conferences, and internal meetings
About The RoleWe are seeking experienced Affiliate Marketing Managers to join our dynamic and growing Account Management team. In this role, you will lead a team managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the key liaison and ensuring exceptional client service and successful campaign execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development:
Train, coach, and develop team members to execute effective marketing campaigns.
Maintain open communication, boost team morale, and serve as a reliable go-to person.
Delegate tasks clearly, set expectations, and ensure team efficiency.
Navigate difficult situations while keeping the team motivated.
Participate in firm-building initiatives, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.
Client Service & CommunicationProvide superior client service and act as the main point of contact.
Oversee client outputs and communication to ensure client trust and satisfaction.
Develop and nurture excellent client relationships with high satisfaction and retention rates.
Reporting & AnalysisUtilize data strategically to identify trends, analyze campaigns, and provide insights.
Perform sales projections and support recommendations with clear KPIs.
Coach team members in data analysis and strategic application.
Account Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute effective strategies and tactical plans to achieve client goals.
Prioritize tasks to align with client objectives and adjust goals as needed.
Maximize client spend and managed revenue, consistently proposing new opportunities.
Portfolio ManagementManage multiple campaigns with solid organizational skills, ensuring tasks are prioritized based on client objectives.
Maintain a full grasp of client SOWs, identify new opportunities, and resolve issues effectively.
What Success Looks LikeIn 6 Months:
Execute day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs with minimal guidance.
Form strong relationships with key client contacts and handle client and team challenges proactively.
Analyze client data strategically and manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and KPI achievement.
In 1 YearTake full accountability for client and team performance and success.
Maximize account efficiency and develop excellent strategic plans and communication.
Coach team members to challenge the status quo and manage performance.
Ensure profitable client servicing and maintain high deliverable standards.

Minimum Qualifications5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience.
Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, or network).
Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, etc.).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Advanced Excel capabilities and working knowledge of HTML.
Previous experience managing and motivating direct reports is a plus.
