About The RoleWe are seeking an Associate Director, Global Product Marketing to drive the growth and expansion of our unique offerings and content worldwide.
In this role, you'll have the chance to shape the future of our consumer and creator products by transforming customer needs into strategies that guide technology, content, and marketing investments. Your work will aim to surprise and delight audiences in North America, APAC, Europe, the UK, Brazil, and other key regions.
You'll play a key role in defining our go-to-market strategy, focusing on expanding our value proposition, increasing our member base, and enhancing lifetime value for both end consumers and creative partners.
What You'll Do
Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences and advocate for their needs throughout the organization.
Create compelling product stories for current and potential customers, delivering clear and consistent messaging.
Lead go-to-market strategies and manage the implementation of high-impact product and feature launches, working closely with Product Managers, Country Managers, and Growth Marketers.
Collaborate with the Content team to ensure our go-to-market plans integrate content and product to strengthen our value proposition for targeted consumer groups.
Enhance membership value and creator products by partnering with Product, Content, and Country Leadership on new features, benefits, and customer experience improvements.
Work with our research team to uncover customer insights and validate hypotheses.
Develop business cases by combining customer insights, research, financial data, and analytics to assess revenue and profitability potential for new initiatives.
Communicate business plans and marketing strategies to senior leadership.
Coordinate with Marketing teams to deploy go-to-market plans and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Partner with the Communications team to craft external narratives and press strategies around product developments.
Work with Finance, Analytics, and Data Science teams to define, measure, and report on success and opportunities.

Basic Qualifications6 years of experience in product marketing and business strategy, with a track record of defining and launching customer-centric products and features.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred QualificationsProven experience in insights development, messaging strategy, and persuasive marketing techniques to drive engagement.
Ability to balance strategic vision with detailed tactical solutions.
A thought leader with a history of driving positive organizational change.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Strong collaborative skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Excellent analytical and business case development abilities.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven in a dynamic environment.
Experience in membership-based business models, creator-driven businesses, and digital content or media companies.
