DescriptionAs a Business Strategist at our company, you will play a pivotal role in crafting cutting-edge digital strategies that harness the power of influencers to enhance consumer engagement, elevate brand visibility, and drive retail sales. You'll breathe life into marketing narratives by developing comprehensive budgets, tactics, and creative plans for major brands. Your expertise will be crucial in designing top-tier strategies for influencer programming, from selection and planning to campaign measurement. Collaboration is key as you'll work closely with various teams to integrate feedback into our strategic planning process.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop robust digital marketing strategies aligned with client shopper marketing goals, including crafting pricing strategies, proposals, and pitches for client RFPs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Client Success, Paid Media, Creative) to design and recommend influencer campaigns across social media, paid platforms, and programmatic media.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing our clients' shopper marketing strategies.
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technological advancements, contributing to our agency's innovative efforts.
Provide strategic guidance to clients, optimizing investment impact through effective influencer collaborations.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the strategy team.
Prepare polished presentations on strategic plans, ensuring consistency in formatting and a clean, on-brand aesthetic.
Research and identify suitable influencers based on client targeting and goals using third-party platforms.
Deepen your understanding of our methodology and project lifecycle, analyzing project effectiveness and sharing insights within the team.
RequirementsExperience:
Preferred 1-2 years of relevant experience in areas such as Shopper & E-Comm Marketing, Digital Ad Tech, Content Development, Social Media, Advertising, or Public Relations.
EducationPreferred Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
Vertical expertise in CPG/non-CPG categories (e.g., Auto, Entertainment, Financial Services, Pharma, Telecom, Travel, QSR) is a plus.
QualificationsInquisitive, proactive, and self-starting problem-solver.
Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or shopper marketing.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept in client-facing and internal communications.
Proficiency in managing budgets and data, alongside creative storytelling abilities.
Familiarity with current social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and their strategic application in marketing programs.
Effective presentation and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
