Our reporting and analytics teams engage actively with IT operations and planning to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained technology efficiency.
Job DutiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies.
Identify, develop, track, and manage sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
Develop innovative prospecting strategies using various lead-generation tools.
Prioritize and report sales pipeline opportunities accurately, allocating time and effort accordingly.
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and necessary customer documentation.
Manage and nurture new and established relationships to develop long-term sales opportunities.
Participate in ongoing industry and sales-based training, and contribute to team sales meetings.
Manage new customers from close to installation, maintaining regular contact.
Work directly with the President and CEO to ensure strategic alignment.
Skills2-5 years of B2B channel sales management experience, including full sales cycle management (from prospect to close), with a focus on hunting for new opportunities and both warm and cold calling.
Solid experience in technology-based sales; experience in managed services, networking, or security is a plus.
Proven ability to identify key decision-makers and secure sales appointments.
Dynamic presence and capability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
Consultative, solution-based selling skills (sales training certifications are a plus).
Experience in hybrid roles (prospecting and selling via phone, online, and face-to-face).
Track record of exceeding quotas, personal goals, and consistent revenue growth.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Bachelor's Degree with relevant job experience.
