The Revenue Operations Team
Our Revenue Operations team is a full-stack team focused on data, analytics, and operational excellence to drive our revenue growth. The Go-To-Market Analytics team, a key functional area, is responsible for defining and owning the metrics that scale our Sales teams.
The Role: Channel Sales Analyst
We are looking for a Channel Sales Analyst to optimize our analytics, strategy, and insight generation for Channel Sales. Our company is highly invested in acquiring customers through its B2B2B capabilities, leveraging Accounting Firms and other partner channels to reach our target audience.
In this role, your primary stakeholders will include Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and frontline sales. You will utilize data to drive actionable insights that enhance sales productivity, improve customer experience, and support our overall acquisition targets.
You will report to the Head of Go-To-Market Analytics and work closely with the Revenue Operations, Data Science, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions through data products
Develop and maintain sales forecasts and establish KPIs to measure business health and efficiency
Use data to provide actionable insights that enhance sales team productivity, including quota setting, attainment, sales touchpoints, and channel penetration
Implement and deliver on a long-term strategic roadmap for our Channel acquisition efforts
Serve as a key owner of insights and a thought partner to sales leaders across the organization
What We're Looking For
Education or work experience in an analytical discipline or related technical field
4 years of experience in an analytics role, with exposure to business or finance stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex business problems using modeling and analysis tools such as Excel/GSuite
Experience with data visualization technologies, such as Tableau, Looker, or Redash
A proactive and autonomous approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage ambiguity, resource dependencies, and timelines to achieve optimal outcomes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify technical or complex matters for senior leaders and business stakeholders
CompensationOur cash compensation for this role is targeted at:
$161,000 - $190,000 in San Francisco and New York
$133,000 - $157,000 in Denver and most remote locations
Final offers are determined based on multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Work Environment
We have physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees based in these locations are expected to work from the office approximately 2-3 days per week, or more depending on the role. A secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required for remote work.
