Get It Recruit - Marketing is Hiring a Chief Growth Officer - Healthcare & Government Sector Near East Thetford, VT

DescriptionWe are searching for a dynamic leader passionate about driving growth in the healthcare and government sectors. This remote position offers flexible work hours and presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our executive team. You will work directly with the CEO to develop and execute innovative sales, marketing, and account management strategies that drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company's vision. Stay informed of industry trends and leverage your network to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Business Development, Marketing, and Account Management: Lead business development efforts, oversee marketing initiatives, and expand our client base through effective account management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure optimized execution of growth strategies throughout the organization.
  • Communication and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, provide updates to the leadership team and Board, and create compelling presentations that showcase progress and strategic plans.
  • Results-Oriented: Work with the leadership team to achieve measurable results, including expanding revenue sources and building strategic partnerships.
  • Process and Team Development: Establish and refine scalable business development, marketing, and account management processes. Lead efforts to streamline operations as the organization grows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience leading business development in a government-contracting environment.
  • Strong relationships with key clients and partners in HHS agencies, particularly the CDC and CMS.
  • Proven track record of building strategies that drive year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Experience developing growth strategies for organizations transitioning beyond small-business size.
  • 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in government contracting with HHS agencies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Hands-on problem-solving approach with the ability to build team capacity over time.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and federal contracting rules that impact business development strategy.
  • Ability to pass a federal Position of Public Trust background investigation.

CompensationSalary range: \(180,000 - \)220,000 per year.
