We are currently seeking an ambitious Communications and Content Manager to join our consulting team in the US.
About The RoleAs the Communications and Content Manager, you will support and guide our customer and affiliate partners to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively. You will work across a range of subjects including strategic hotel category sourcing, help desk management, remittance management, BI analysis, marketing and communications, sustainability, social media content creation, and spend management.
You will support the communication infrastructure and strategy led by a Senior Experience Manager while managing your own portfolio of multiple workstreams and communication initiatives. You should be confident in presenting and communicating with customers at all levels.
CommunicationsKey Responsibilities:
Support the Enterprise Client's hotel program initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and increased adoption and usage.
Focus on the people side of change by implementing communication strategies that enhance adoption and minimize resistance.
Craft and deliver communication approaches driven by partner assessments, change management strategies, and standard processes.
Engage closely with diverse client partners to understand and address their priorities and the impact of changes.
Partner with the client's internal communication team to draft targeted communications and campaigns.
Apply innovative techniques and introduce new channels and content to enhance the traveler experience and promote operational efficiency.
Identify potential risks and issues, providing relevant communication strategy inputs and status updates.
Content CreationWrite and publish various types of content for the client's hotel program web portal, including industry updates, informational articles, and FAQs.
Promote the program on social media by delivering appealing and useful online information.
Research hotel industry topics and incorporate views from industry professionals.
Identify customer needs and recommend new and relevant topics and content.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
Prepare well-structured drafts and monitor social media engagement.
Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
Measure web traffic to content and analyze engagement metrics.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Must be a US citizen.
Experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.
3-5 years of client-facing experience, preferably in consulting.
Experience supporting and driving business transformation initiatives from a communications perspective.
Strong analytical skills to analyze data sets and drive data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with partners at all levels.
A collaborative, energetic, and flexible attitude with a passion for driving positive change and achieving measurable results.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

CompensationAnnual base salary range: $70,000 - $140,000, based on role complexity and candidate experience.
Eligible for Annual Incentive Award plan based on company and individual performance.
