Content Marketing Manager, PLG (Remote - US and Canada)

As a Content Marketing Manager, PLG, you will play a key role in our Product-Led Growth (PLG) team. Your efforts will help us increase our market share and relevance among creatives worldwide. Success in this role will be measured and rewarded based on data analysis, traffic, conversion, and overall business line growth.
Role Overview
The Content Marketing Manager, PLG, is crucial for ensuring market visibility and attracting potential self-serve customers across our product portfolio. This role requires a keen understanding of the market, target personas, and the challenges faced by our customers. Our suite of industry-leading products is known globally, and we need your help to spread the word!
In this role, you will create and publish campaigns across video, social media, and other digital channels to attract potential customers. The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, and able to take a campaign from concept to launch to achieve business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Working Within Our PLG Team, You WillOwn website messaging and the overall customer entrance journey.
Manage our social media channels to promote our products and attract valuable customers.
Create compelling messaging to target prospective customers.
Manage marketing blogs and authors.
Launch top-of-funnel A/B experiments to understand what messaging and tactics work.
Generate landing pages based on proven ecommerce and conversion layouts to convert site visitors.
Monitor the health of incoming traffic to our product websites.
Produce engaging videos and creative campaigns to stand out from competitors.
Respond to and engage with customers on social channels.
Lead top-of-funnel campaign efforts and organization in partnership with the marketing team.
Who You Are
You have a story to tell and have experience creating your own video content or working on creative projects.
Passionate about creating content for customers and experimenting with messaging and creative concepts.
Comfortable creating videos and the landing pages they'll be featured on.
A self-starter with the ability to build rapport cross-functionally.
Possess strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Maintain a positive attitude, are not afraid to ask for help, and can keep projects moving while focusing on our customers.
