Position: Creative Strategy Director
As the Creative Strategy Director, you will lead a team of creative strategists, graphic designers, video editors, and more to create visually compelling, on-brand marketing assets and campaigns. Your role will focus on optimizing performance marketing initiatives across various digital platforms, including social media, display ads, direct mail, and other channels. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver creative solutions that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and conversions.
ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of creative strategists, graphic designers, and video editors, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Visual Content Creation: Oversee the design and production of marketing assets across various platforms. Ensure all design work consistently reflects the brand's identity, style, and tone.
A/B Testing and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to refine design elements. Conduct A/B tests to identify high-performing design variations.
Design Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Integrate innovative design concepts to enhance marketing efforts.
Influencer Management: Partner with the Influencer team to identify talent, negotiate rates, and coordinate product deliveries. Write scripts and copy for social media campaigns.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
At least 4 years of relevant creative and marketing experience.
Minimum 2 Years Of Management Experience.Experience in consumer internet companies is preferred.
Background in graphic design, layout, and typography.
Proficient in video editing and motion graphics.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
A portfolio showcasing strong marketing design skills, including digital campaigns and brand-focused materials.
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to work with large data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and design's impact on conversion rates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

Salary and Compensation
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $105,000 per year, based on similar roles in design, video, and marketing.
