Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & HubSpot Management:
Design, write, and deploy engaging email campaigns using HubSpot to attract and nurture sales leads.
Collaborate closely with content, product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver personalized email content.
Develop and manage lead capture, nurture campaigns, and client retention strategies.
Optimize email database segmentation and manage automated marketing campaigns.
Provide insightful marketing reporting and analysis on campaign performance and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with email laws and regulations (CASL, GDPR).
SEO And Paid MediaDevelop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Optimize website content and on-page elements for improved search engine performance.
Manage PPC campaigns to increase online visibility and lead generation.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across social media and industry-specific channels.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
4 years of B2B email marketing experience; familiarity with construction technology is preferred.
Proficiency in HubSpot (certification a plus) for creating impactful email campaigns.
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling communications.
Experience in optimizing SEO and PPC campaigns for improved performance.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Semrush, and Hotjar for data analysis.
Deep understanding of email best practices and compliance standards (GDPR).
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
