Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers.
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, display advertising, SEO, and PPC.
Lead and mentor the Social Media Team to ensure a strong and engaging social media presence.
Collaborate with the Web Development team to optimize company website and landing pages for user experience and conversion rate optimization.
Utilize CRM strategies to personalize communications and optimize customer journeys.
Implement automations and workflows to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and consumer preferences, informing marketing strategies accordingly.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
Define clear KPIs to measure departmental performance and drive a focus on ROI.
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices, continually evaluating and recommending new channels and tactics.
Ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging across all channels by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.
Demonstrated experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering maximum ROI.
