LeadershipKey Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support a dynamic team to achieve business goals effectively.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Client RelationshipsMaintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and issues.
Monitor client website performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
Effectively communicate analysis and results to clients, ensuring satisfaction.
Operational EfficiencyDesign and implement scalable processes to enhance team efficiency.
Ensure adherence to best practices and standards across all activities.
Act as a project manager for member's site builds, overseeing the process from inception to execution.
Technical ExpertiseStay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed.
Coordinate SEO strategies with cross-functional teams to maximize results.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in digital marketing operations, with a focus on leadership and client relationship management.
Strong understanding of web development, SEO strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
