Position: Paid Media Strategist

Role OverviewAs a Paid Media Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on Paid Search and Paid Social Advertising. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to delve into Programmatic Display and other emerging platforms. Your responsibilities will span from initial research and campaign development to ongoing optimization and performance analysis, all aimed at delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking individuals who are deeply passionate about paid media and thrive on the challenge of managing multiple clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, curious, and innovative, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Deliverables and Communication:
Lead and optimize client accounts, aligning strategies with their unique goals and objectives.
Prepare insightful performance reports and deliver compelling presentations to clients, both in-person and virtually.
Maintain clear communication channels to ensure project status updates and address any client concerns promptly.
Identify opportunities for growth across various marketing channels to maximize client success.
Data Analysis And OptimizationExtract actionable insights from campaign data to drive continuous improvement and exceed client expectations.
Utilize a range of tools, including Google, Bing, and Social Search Marketing platforms, to develop and refine campaign strategies.
Manage campaign budgets effectively and implement optimizations to enhance ROI.
Craft compelling search marketing creatives, including keyword generation and ad copywriting, to align with client messaging and objectives.
Research Market TrendsStay abreast of the latest developments in online search marketing and provide strategic guidance to clients.
Proactively identify emerging trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Media (search and social), preferably within a digital marketing agency setting.
