Compensation Range: $32 - $38 per hour

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will report directly to the Senior Product Manager, managing day-to-day operational projects and performance for innovative digital solutions. This role is vital to the success of digital initiatives, requiring someone eager to learn, highly organized, and an excellent communicator.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport product owners in executing various digital initiatives within a portfolio.
Assist product owners with the day-to-day execution of the product roadmap.
Document notes and recaps from standup/core hour calls and working sessions.
Prepare tasks for designers, the copy team, and business analysts (BA) in JIRA based on team meeting decisions.
Review BA UI and functional stories prior to Entry Amigo.
Assist with discovery work and epic creation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal business units, vendors, and the IT tech team to align work with strategic plans.
Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development based on business value and/or ROI.
Assist with product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
Help product owners with user acceptance testing (UAT).
Communicate feature releases to stakeholders and business SMEs.
Advocate for the customer while balancing business needs.
QualificationsExperience level: Entry Level
Education: Bachelor's degree (required)
2 years of experience in the digital field
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail to capture all notes and decisions made during team calls
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision
Experience as a product owner and/or in the digital field is a plus
Project management background and experience is a plus
Knowledge of Agile processes and principles is a plus
