Job Description: Product Manager, Digital Experience
About The RoleAre you passionate about creating outstanding digital experiences and simplifying complex IT management? We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to lead the strategy for our Product Display Page. You'll work closely with both internal and external teams to execute on product strategy and roadmap, helping us deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSubject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for all aspects of the Product Page on our website.
Data Standards: Establish and implement best practices to optimize customer decision-making on the Product Display Page.
Measurement and Analytics: Develop measurement plans, monitor key metrics and KPIs, and create dashboards to track performance.
Feedback Interpretation: Analyze onsite feedback and benchmark our performance against competitors, translating insights into strategic actions.
Product Strategy Execution: Manage and execute the digital product strategy from concept through implementation and optimization.
Your StrengthsVisionary Thinking:
Identify and prioritize strategic objectives.
Anticipate customer needs based on research and competitive intelligence.
Communicate your strategy and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Outcome-DrivenDefine and manage a roadmap supporting strategic priorities.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
Set and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for products and features.
LeadershipMentor and guide team members to achieve results.
Help develop skills within the product management team.
Set performance goals and provide constructive feedback.
Operational ExcellenceCollaborate with stakeholders across various functions.
Recommend and implement workflow improvements.
Identify and promote best practices for process improvements.
QualificationsBachelor's degree with 5 years of digital product management experience (Master's degree is a plus).
Experience in eCommerce, whether B2B or B2C.
Strong knowledge of agile software development processes, with SAFe experience/certification being a plus.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams, both onshore and offshore.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data and present recommendations to executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build effective relationships and work cross-functionally.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Intellectual curiosity and a drive to continually measure and improve performance.
Familiarity with testing and optimization tools, including A/B testing.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
