Collaborate with leadership: Influence and partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic healthcare initiatives.
Become a data whiz: Develop and monitor key business metrics dashboards to identify and address any negative trends.
Lead with strategy: Develop and implement long-term strategies for product portfolios, ensuring program success.
Cost management champion: Define and implement strategies to manage healthcare costs and deliver affordable products.
Team player: Oversee the implementation of projects and ensure they support business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7 years of experience in product development/management, consulting, analysis, or project management within a managed care organization (PPO, HMO, etc.)
