- Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus commission, with an annual earning potential of \(60,000 - \)70,000.
- Base Salary: \(18/hour, with additional earnings from commission and bonuses. Year-end salary can range from \)45,000 to $75,000.
- Incentives: Warm leads, sales contests, and team-building activities.
- Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, professional development opportunities, and a positive work environment.
- Work-Life Balance: Full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm. Evenings and weekends off, with a 1-hour lunch break.

- Achieve or surpass sales goals set by management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Provide accurate quotes, review coverage options, and help customers choose the best policies.
- Address customer inquiries and objections by offering expert advice and guidance.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, warm leads, and other available sources.
- Must be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.
- Possess a current Property and Casualty License.
- 1-2 years of sales experience required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Proficient in basic computer software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong office and phone etiquette.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
