In this role, you will oversee relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors in the food industry, driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Oversee and nurture existing accounts while cultivating new relationships in the food industry.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong rapport with customers and maintain key relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support including marketing, inventory management, product delivery, and more.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador in the San Francisco Bay Area, promoting our products and enhancing our market presence.
- Reporting & Meetings: Prepare daily reports and participate in weekly sales meetings to keep everyone updated on progress and developments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or account management with a proven track record in customer service. At least 2 years of experience in the food service, FMCG, or food industry is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a knack for follow-up.
- Language: Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
