We are looking for an eCommerce Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our digital commerce advertising strategy within our Master Distribution and Marketplace teams. The primary goal is to enhance the performance of our brands through optimized CPC marketing campaigns, maintaining profitability, and providing regular, detailed reporting.
This position focuses primarily on Amazon but also includes work on various other eCommerce sites.
Location: This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support a multi-channel advertising strategy aimed at increasing product awareness and sales.
Monitor and analyze advertising campaigns daily on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
Manage existing campaigns, suggest improvements, and outline new strategies.
Use automation tools to adjust bids and manage products in campaigns based on performance and profitability.
Maintain and analyze monthly critical metric reports by category and brand, focusing on spend, sales, and profitability.
Create detailed ad performance reports and regularly update leadership on progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners through regular meetings and performance reporting.
Conduct keyword research and analysis, including identifying negative keywords to enhance spend efficiency.
Collaborate with Merchandising on strategies for new product launches and promoting digital assets.
Conduct A/B testing on various ad strategies, such as product/category targeting versus audience targeting.
Perform market research, including analyzing competitive practices on various websites.
Stay updated with the latest marketing tools and techniques available on relevant eCommerce platforms.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
5 years of experience in digital campaign marketing, with a preference for Amazon advertising.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing metrics and ROI analysis.
Proficient in various computer software applications, including strong skills in Excel.
Ability to learn and use retail media multi-channel marketing platforms and database software (SQL preferred).
Ability to learn and use BI software.
Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and demands.

Pay Range$4,124.70 - $6,783.70
Estimated ranges are displayed monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles. This role is eligible for bonuses or incentive plans.
