Job Description: Enterprise Sales Team Leader

What You'll Do
Territory Management: Set up and run your territory, leading a team of representatives to achieve and exceed an ARR target of $2-5 million per annum.
Team Leadership: Inspire, engage, and enable your team. Coach them on best practices, review performance, support their professional development, and optimize their contributions.
Client Support: Be actively involved in supporting your team during client activities and deals. Lead by example in putting together and winning strategic deals.
Sales Processes: Use MEDDPICC / Force management tools and processes to facilitate your team's success. Ensure constant deal re-qualification and effective communication.
Information Flow: Direct the flow of sales activities and transactions, plan and enable your team to meet goals, and identify and mitigate potential problem areas.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure sales objectives align with corporate strategies and policies. Nurture productive partnerships with other departments such as solutions consultancy and corporate marketing.
Who You Are & What Makes You QualifiedExperienced Leader: Proven experience in leading a top-flight sales team, transforming raw talent into top-performing representatives.
Enterprise Software Sales: Over 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, handling complex SaaS deals.
Team Management: Experience managing a team of at least 3 sales representatives, achieving success against regional sales targets.
Customer-Centric: You genuinely care about others, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. You lead by example, continuously learning and empowering your team.
Industry Enthusiast: Passionate about the Customer Experience revolution and understanding the impact of social media platforms on large organizations.
Relationship Builder: Successful in building and maintaining relationships, both internally and with clients.
Dynamic and Proactive: Comfortable managing a fast-paced environment, attending industry events, leveraging your network, and pursuing creative engagement methods.

Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive Salary: Base salary range of $146,000 - $244,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
Total Rewards Package: Includes discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, equity plan, 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
Locations
Remote opportunities available in various states across the United States including Texas, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado, Missouri, Minnesota, and Michigan.
