Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
  • Create a positive and high-energy work environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Our services include technical troubleshooting, client inquiries, remote configurations, and guidance on various applications such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Access, and SharePoint.
Work Environment
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working from home—100% remote.
  • Maintain a professional home office setup that includes a private space, high-speed wired internet (Cable or Fiber Optic), dual monitors, a desktop computer (not a laptop), and an active webcam.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM ET.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in IT or SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
